Malhação is a highly successful Brazilian television series that targets the teenagers. It is produced and shown by Rede Globo since 1995, and has currently 27 seasons. Bernardo played Cauã, the main character of the 2006 season. This was Bernardo’s first major role with the main broadcast company in Brazil, and therefore, an important step towards his development as an actor.
